IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE CASCADE EQUINOX COMMUNITY

Cascade Equinox Festival has always been guided by a commitment to delivering a truly meaningful and memorable experience for our community. After careful consideration, we’ve come to the conclusion to postpone the festival until 2027 since additional time is necessary in order to deliver the experience our community deserves. 

We’re coming back on September 17-19, 2027 at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds, returning in a way that is intentional, inspired, and reflective of the incredible family that surrounds this event. 

If you’ve already purchased a ticket for the 2026 event, you can hold onto your ticket, which will automatically transfer to 2027. As a thank you for your loyalty, anyone who keeps their 2026 ticket will receive a FREE VIP Upgrade for 2027!

Alternatively, you have the option for a FULL REFUND. If you’d like a refund, please fill out this form and follow the instructions. However, if you’re keeping your ticket with a FREE VIP Upgrade, no action is needed on your part.

The deadline to request a refund is June 10th at 11:59 pm PST.
