Flour of Life Waffles

Bringing you waffles like no other! Our mobile food trailer serves up freshly made waffles that are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and topped with your favorite sweet or savory flavors. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic or something unique, Flour of Life Waffles is your go-to stop for a delicious treat on the go.

Get Fried

Get Fried Rice was founded at the Oregon Country Fair in 1972 and hasn’t missed a Fair yet! Our on-the-road booth came into fruition in 1989 to meet the need for high-quality, nutritious, and affordable food on the festival scene. To date, we have kept people fed and dancing all through the night at over 100 festivals! We are renowned for being open and serving at all hours that there are hungry mouths to be fed, with abundant vegan and gluten-free options as well as housemade all-natural beverages. We have always promoted sustainability in all aspects of service, including composting all food waste, providing free access to filtered drinking water, and pioneering festival foodservice in reusable dishes with a deposit system. Come to Get Fried Rice to eat, play, and connect with real humans who practice love, respect, and global citizenship.

In the plant based food revolution, Notcho Fish Taco is setting the standard for originality and flavor! Always 100% plant based and Non-GMO. We believe strongly in the difference we can make in ourselves and the planet by eating more sustainably, and in order to do that, it’s imperative we expand our awareness about the things we put into our body and MOST important, that we ENJOY IT!!

Sabor Peru

Will be serving our Peruvian dishes our infaltable CHICKEN A LA BRAZA CEVICHE, ANTICUCHO, SAUSAGE PAPA and our tasty drinks CHICHA MORADA purple corn base and fruits and our inflatable MARACUYA drink.

Zorba The Greek

We are a pair of Greek brothers, we serve gyros from our food trailer based in Bend.
