Shake, Shine and Surrender with Jaclyn and Claire

Jaclyn and Claire will guide you through a bhakti yoga flow that is strengthening, purifying, soulful, devotional and rejuvenating physical practice infusing the principles of hatha vinyasa yoga (the union of body, breath, and movement) and the qualities of Bhakti Yoga (gratitude, open-heartedness, humility, compassion, and devotion) Thoughtful pacing and alignment, will help create a sense of spaciousness around our heart, thoughts, and perspectives.

The Potential Energy Theory of Subluxation with Sohrob Nimrouzi

Potential energy is in reference to a stored experience within the body that has not been properly integrated. These experiences can be physical, emotional or chemical in nature and lead to subluxation within the neuro-spinal canal causing some degree of nerve interference, biomechanical dysfunction, and loss of structural integrity. Come explore and learn in this interactive lecture how a chiropractic adjustment allows the potential energy (stagnant energy that lies dormant within the body) to be released. The resulting kinetic energy increases movement of the vertebra, releases soft tissue tension, and restores nerve function. The freeing of potential energy gives the body a second chance to integrate the information or trauma and utilize the energy of the original experience.

Ecstatic Tantric Breath Workshop with Light Body Society

Join us for this one hour breath workshop to kick off a wonderful festival weekend! Lay down, relax, and surrender through breath and music as you are guided to heightened states of relaxation, emotional release, and bliss with an activating soundtrack. Bring some water and a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, pillows are also welcome.

Equinox Qigong with Dr. Kat Brady

Qigong is an ancient practice from China to connect to and heal our bodies through movement, meditation, visualization, breath work, mantra, and self-massage. Dr. Kat Brady, LAc. brings their Qigong practice to life by blending in Chinese medical and Daoist wisdom to connect those both familiar and new to this practice with their place as the pivot between heaven and earth. In Chinese traditions, the equinox marks a transition from Yin Autumn – felt in the crispness of a cool breeze on a warm day – into Yang Autumn as the descending energies of the season are seen in the falling of leaves. This practice will connect each student to the energies of the season both in the outside world and within themselves.

Yoga for The Metal Element with Nicole Baumann

Become the Alchemist of your own experience. Breathe in and let go as you enter the Fall Equinox. In the Five Element Theory of Chinese Medicine, Autumn signals a transition to the Metal element. This session will focus on the application of Yoga Asana, Pranayama, and Acupressure points to harmonize the Lungs (Yin) and Large Intestine (Yang). Our process will include a brief Metal overview, guided practice, and reflection prompts to enrich your journey. Bring a yoga mat and journaling supplies. All levels welcome.

Immersive Breathwork Disco with Brighton Loughlin

Embark on a journey from your head down into your ultimate power source—your heart—as Brighton guides you through a musical breathwork experience that clears stress & anxiety, restores your body’s natural rhythm, and gives you the chance to push the refresh button on life. This experience is fully immersive with headphones and eye masks as it explores the synergy of 3 different breathing techniques that lead to a powerful release of stuck energy from your body. You are then guided through a series of somatic activation exercises that conclude with an energetic silent disco so that you can dance your heart out!

EFT Tapping with Meg Desmond

What do you really want from this life? And what’s holding you back? We all have negative thoughts, beliefs, and fears that get in the way of the life we want. In this group session, I will use multiple techniques in combination with tapping (also known as Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT) to help you fully see your truth, know deeper self love, and step more fully into your dream life. Come experience a life with less fear, more love, and more of your dreams!

Evolve with Crystal Abeel

The intention of this space will be to connect to our Higher Selves and multidimensional frequencies of Love and Light for the purpose of personal and collective evolution. In this group energy healing session, Crystal will be channelling healing energies and higher guidance for the group. This often includes chakra balancing, remembering Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine connections, to open our hearts, raise our vibration, and expand consciousness. This session will be unique based on who shows up and what we are going through energetically, emotionally, physically, and spiritually in the moment.

Body Temple Dance: Balance + Flow with Sarah Rayne

Body Temple Dance is a somatic and spiritual movement language that combines dance, therapeutic somatic movement, mystical teachings, energetic awareness, and modern trauma healing technology to support people in feeling their feelings, experiencing presence, exploring sensations in their bodies, and awakening to the inherent aliveness that comes with being human. For this very special Fall Equinox class, we will be exploring the theme of Balance + Flow. Class will begin with a teaching & exploration of our theme through a talk followed by a practice such as meditation or chanting. We then begin to move to a specially curated playlist, intended to bring us further into the theme, and explore it through the language of our body and felt sensations. The active movement portion will be about 30 minutes, and is accessible and open to all bodies & levels of ability – no experience or skill in dance is necessary. Finally, we will close with an (optional) group discussion to share how we are feeling & what we experienced during class.

Hatha Yoga with Stacia Ash

The Studio-La Pine – Enjoy a 90 min Sivananda style yoga class that includes the basic 12 poses for ultimate spinal health, mental well-being and radiant abundance in your life. This style of yoga focuses on the breath and deep relaxation at the beginning and end and between each pose of effort.
